Integrated Addiction Care @ Home. You are able to remain at work and home while incorporating treatment into your daily life. A combination of in-person visits and telemedicine visits give you the needed flexibility to take care of your family.
Team of Addiction Specialists. Fellowship-trained, board certified addiction medicine and family medicine physician specialists, experienced therapists, and knowledgeable social workers work with you to create a treatment plan that includes your physical, mental, emotional, and social health. Our Memphis and Jackson, TN addiction centers are conveniently located to reach most patients in West Tennessee.

Our team works collaboratively with you to design a plan of care that fits into your life. You are able to remain at home with your family and continue working while incorporating treatment into your daily life. This approach is less disruptive to your life and your loved ones. You also have the opportunity to gradually change your behavior and routines with the support of your patient care team.
Together, we will help you realize your goals in your home environment with both in-person and telemedicine visits. Your treatment plan will include your physical, emotional, mental, and social health.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder (OUD) with buprenorphine
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for alcohol use disorder (AUD) with naltrexone, acamprosate, vivitrol or disulfiram
