Integrated Addiction Care @ Home. You  are able to remain at work and home while incorporating treatment into your daily life. A combination of in-person visits and telemedicine visits give you the needed flexibility to take care of your family.

What We Treat

We take care of patients with addiction to alcohol or any substance, as well as those with risky or unhealthy substance use. Many of our patients are using one or more substances including crystal meth, crack, cocaine, heroin, opioids, oxycodone, hydrocodone, sedatives, cannabis, stimulants, benzodiazepines, marijuana, etc. We completely understand the effects of these drugs on your health and the effect addiction has on your life and your loved ones. Our team works collaboratively with you to design a plan of care that fits into your life. You are able to remain at home with your family and continue working while incorporating treatment into your daily life. This approach is less disruptive to your life and your loved ones. You also have the opportunity to gradually change your behavior and routines with the support of your patient care team

Together, we will help you realize your goals in your home environment with both in-person and telemedicine visits. Your treatment plan will include your physical, emotional, mental, and social health.
